Mommy & Me (4-6 months)

Join a group of new mommies who have babies around the same age as your little one. Our infant class is designed to give you deeper understanding of your baby’s development, speech/language and motor milestones, as well as give you tools to manage the difficult days of #momlife. This is your safe space to share your feelings and concerns, vent and cry. We are here to offer support and provide a nurturing environment. Connect with other moms and find your mommy community to get you through this incredible and challenging time. This infant class is designed for moms and babies 4-6 months old. During this 10-week class, you will learn about an array of topics. See below.

Class Details:

Each class is organized by babies’ birth months (between the ages of 4-6 months old on the first day of class)
10-week class series (meets once a week)
Class led by certified instructors, speech and language pathologist, clinical psychologist, occupational therapist, lactation nurse and more.
Small class – max. 12 moms per class
