Mommy & Me (4-6 months)
Your baby is growing and changing quickly, bringing exciting new milestones and plenty of new questions. Our 4-6 Month Mommy & Me class brings together mamas and babies who are in this same stage of motherhood.
Over 10 weeks, you’ll learn about your baby’s development, milestones, feeding, sleep, and more, while gaining practical tools to navigate the everyday challenges of motherhood.
Most importantly, this is your safe, judgment-free space to share, vent, celebrate, and connect with other moms who get it. Build friendships, find your mommy community, and know you don’t have to do motherhood alone.
Designed for moms and babies ages 4-6 months on class.

Class Details:
- Each class is organized by babies’ birth months (between the ages of 4-6 months old on the first day of class)
- 10-week class series (meets once a week)
- Class led by certified instructors, speech and language pathologist, clinical psychologist, occupational therapist, lactation nurse and more.
