We’ll help you find that perfect balance between taking care of your little one and taking care of yourself. Plus, you’ll meet other amazing moms who totally get what you’re going through.
Our classes will change YOUR life – your relationship with your baby, your partner, your family and most importantly YOU. It is our passion to teach moms how to take care of yourself while still being an amazing mother and being there for your partner and loved ones. We work on releasing all those standards, expectations and fears because you know what – we all struggle with something; we all judge ourselves – so we can learn to be compassionate to ourselves, our baby and others. We offer a nurturing environment where you can feel safe to share your feelings and experiences and discuss parenting choices that work for YOU. We are all moms and we get it ALL – if you’re late – it’s fine; if you’re in your jammies – it’s fine; if you didn’t have time to brush your hair or put on make-up – who cares? We are here and we support YOU.

Classes for You & Your Little
Immerse yourself in our Mommy and Me classes that are thoughtfully organized according to your baby’s age. Whether your little one is between 0-2, 3-6, or 7-12 months, our 10-week series covers a wide range of essential topics such as sleep, feeding, infant development, relationships, car seat safety, CPR, and self-care. Additionally, we offer interactive playgroups specifically designed for 1-2 and 3-4 year olds, providing a stimulating environment for toddlers to play, learn, and socialize.

Redefining Fatherhood & Creating Strong Bonds
Introducing “Dads & Beer – A Daddy and Me Support Group” designed exclusively for dads. We understand the challenges you face, from feeling blamed for things to missing intimacy with your partner, and we’re here to support you. In this 8-week session, gain confidence as a father and partner, vent your concerns, ask questions, and connect with other dads who understand. Enjoy dedicated bonding time with your baby while discussing important topics and receiving practical tips to enhance your fatherhood experience. Kick back and enjoy a beer with other dads!
