Discover the joys of motherhood with a supportive community by your side. Our Mommy & Me Senior series is designed for moms and babies ages 7-12 months, offering a warm, nurturing space to learn, connect, and grow together.
Over this 10-week series, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your baby’s development-from speech and language to motor milestones-while receiving practical tools to navigate the real challenges of everyday mom life. This is a safe, judgment-free space to share openly, feel supported, and build meaningful connections with other moms who truly get it. For moms & their babies ages 7-12 months as of the FIRST day of class.

- Sleep: Learn about changing sleep patterns and healthy sleep habits.
- Motor Development: Understand your baby’s movement and developmental milestones.
- Infant CPR & Choking: Learn essential skills for choking and emergency situations.
- Troubleshooting Solids: Get tips for navigating mealtimes, textures, and feeding challenges.
- Dental Care: Learn how to care for your baby’s growing teeth and gums.
- Speech Development: Learn how to encourage early sounds and communication.
- Language: Support your baby’s growing understanding and communication skills.
- Baby Sign: Learn simple signs to help your baby communicate.
- Pelvic Floor: Learn how to support and strengthen your postpartum pelvic floor.
- Maternal Mental Health: Check in on your emotional well-being through this stage of motherhood.
