Mama’s, it’s time to learn how to fight back!! Join us for our Moms Night Out at Green Family Training Center (25290 Marguerite Pkwy Suite A, Mission Viejo) for an empowering night learning self-defense skills and techniques. This 2-hour class will cost $10 per person. CLICK HERE TO PAY.
Our class will include a group discussion on how to avoid trouble in the first place including what we can do in order to be a much more challenging target for potential attackers. Followed by a self-defense class covering 10 basic standing defense and ground techniques including basic strikes for self-defense and fundamental blocks and shields. This is going to be such a fun experience all while learning useful real-life self-defense skills specifically for women!
