In this 4 week series, we’ll meet for a 75 minutes each week to explore different practices including movement, breathwork & meditation to help prepare your mind & body for birth. You’ll learn how to create more comfort, regulate your nervous system, build endurance & care for yourself with more intention. You’ll also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with others on a similar journey! Appropriate for every stage of pregnancy.

About Your Instructor
Kelsey Delane is a Certified Yoga Therapist, Full Spectrum Doula who specializes in perinatal mental health. Kelsey believes that yoga is far more than a physical practice. It’s about mastering your mind, befriending your body & widening your capacity to be with what is, so you can experience more sustained joy. For over 17 years, Kelsey’s personal yoga practice has been her anchor through the storms of life. Her yoga tools help keep her (mostly) sane as she’s currently raising a teenager, a preschooler with a chronic illness & an energetic toddler. It’s the peace she’s found within that inspires her to share the power of this practice with others, especially moms.
